Art has always been a personal and creative outlet for me. I work with acrylic, oil, and watercolor, often drawing inspiration from vibrant coastal scenery and the movement and color of the ocean. Through these natural subjects, I aim not only to capture nature's beauty, but also to highlight the fragility of these environments and encourage greater awareness of our responsibility to protect them.

Painting with a Pointe
Painting with a Pointe is an initiative I started to combine my passions for art and dance. Pointe shoes are one of the most recognizable symbols of ballet. Most people don’t know that pointe shoes have a limited shelf life. Even if they’ve never been worn, the glue and natural materials inside can break down over time, making them unsafe to dance in. Retailers are often left with brand new inventory they can’t sell. I source these unworn shoes and transform them into painted works of art. The finished pieces are sold to raise funds for local dance nonprofit organizations, giving new life and purpose to materials that would otherwise go to waste.
